Dear Director Hill,

 

My name is Carrie Elizabeth Johnson the sole parent of Skylar up until she was the age of 8 ½. I enrolled my daughter into the onsite YMCA after school childcare program at Carl E. Gilbert while she was attending school there as well as the Costa Mesa Summer rocks program. Additionally, my daughter was attending the after school onsite childcare program at Adams Elementary, Killibrooke Elementary and Sonora Elementary school that may have been a YMCA program. My daughter was illegally taken from me back in March of 2014 and I need to obtain those registration records, proof of attendance and any other records that you may have retained on file of my daughter while we were living in Orange County, California.

 

Given the time frame in which I am now requesting a Verification letter of previous registration, enrollment records and attendance on my daughter, I understand that you may be only required to retain such records up to a certain number of years. However, I still needed to make this attempt to retain copies of those records for police reports, California Bar Complaints and California Judicial Commission complaints on the original offending County of Orange before my illegal juvenile dependency court case was transferred out to Los Angeles County Edelman Children’s Courthouse.
