Dear Haven of Grace Staff,

 

My name is Carrie Elizabeth Johnson, a former shelter resident of the Haven of Grace Shelter for women with children or expecting children that were under the age of 21. I entered the Haven of Grace as a mother expecting, between the time frame of 2005 to 2006. My residential stay was under an older black female by the name of Diana who owned the shelter and Stephanie (Virgo older light skinned female) that would stay overnight sometimes. I am requesting a residency letter with the exact date of entry and the exact date of termination of residency. I can remember being exited from the residential program for failing to comply with the monthly savings agreement as one of the requirements for staying at the Haven of Grace. If you could write a residency letter stating the exact dates of both entering and exiting the shelter for me and email me that letter. In addition, if you have any records on myself with my information on it such as Carrie Elizabeth Johnson (SSN#) and any complaints or disciplinary actions that were complied up against me that were made either verbally or written down and that were made by either shelter staff or shelter residents, could you please email me those records as well.

 

Should you not have any records of my residency given the time frame in which I am now requesting a shelter residency letter for both California State Bar and California Judicial Complaints against government lawyers that illegally took my daughter from me back in March of 2014, then this email request will serve as proof that I did attempt to obtain a shelter residency letter for proof. It was the pell grant, I used towards move-in costs into my Harbor At Mesa Verde Studio apartmnet with my daughter in my custody.
