Rocks Program Staff/Parks & Community Service Department,
My name is Carrie Elizabeth Johnson, Custodial Parent of Skylar up to the age of 8 ½ when she was illegally taken from me by Orange County Social Services, back in March of 2014. While she was in my custody, I registered her for the summer rocks program back in 2011–2013-time frame, while I looked for work or used the drop-in center to have some “mommy time” for myself as we were dealing with on and off periods of homelessness in Orange County, California.
I need to retrieve
copies of the previous registration paperwork and Skylar’s attendance that I
filled out years ago for some governing and regulatory bodies that I will be filing
complaints to so that I have the proof in my possession. Given the time frame
in which I am making this request today, I understand if it may take some time
to locate the past registration and attendance records or that you are only
required to maintain records up to a certain time frame. However, this emailed
written request will serve as proof that I made the attempt to obtain those
records and will furnish a copy of this request to the California State Bar and
California Judicial Commission that may or may not contact you regarding my
request, should you no longer have those records or intentionally try to deceive
or mislead the sole Black American (Born a female) parent of Skylar into
believing that you do not have those records in your possession when I can show
email proof that I was the sole parent of Skylar.
If you have any
questions regarding my request, I can be reached by email that is listed above
in the header. Thank you in advance and I appreciate your speedy response in
emailing me copies of those records. Please see Chase bank transaction history
for my fees that I have paid at the recreation center that is attached to this
email.
