There are plenty of things adult learners do outside of work or school that people do at home for free that someone may do for a living or generate some income from an employer. Hate Crimes from the FBI will be emailed to the DOJ OIG Inspector General and they should stop rejecting my emails: tips.fbi.gov@gmail.com. No affiliation with any law firm or individuals who hold law licenses in other states that maybe criminally stalking someone that they do not know, like the County of Riverside or Orange County, California that were of completely different races and genders than me that I will be filing State Bar complaints for both New York and ICE, DOJ, FTC & Hate Crime Complaints against for east coast states as well. Fact, I have never worked for any famous person so again stupid ass black bitches old and young you are responsible for how you see something and no I am not a mind reader.

To Whom it May Concern:

 

This is a formal written request by email for a copy of my certification that I completed for your one-day forklift training course to be emailed to me. I have attempted in the past by US postage mail to obtain a copy of my forklift certification. I took your one-day certification course in response to an ad that I saw in some local newspaper that I have attached to this email. The previous address that you should have on file that I did use when registering for the course was the following: 106 West Pennsylvania Ave. Apt. 1705, Redlands, California 92374 and you will find my old California State ID with my driver’s license number on it to locate my previous student attendance that I need for governing authority figures, such as the department of labor.

 

Once you have located my certificate of completion of your one-day forklift certification course, could you please email me that information or write a letter confirming the date in which I completed the course that I paid cash for on a company letter and email that to me so I can furnish a copy to the department of labor. Thank you in advance and I appreciate your speedy response to process my request by email.
